Our Heritage… The Fortress of Peace, Where History Meets the Present

From Citadel of Saladin, where history meets the present, Sheraa Al-Kheer, in cooperation with the Stability Support Unit, organized the event “Our Heritage… The Fortress of Peace.” The initiative brought together a distinguished group of participants in an inclusive dialogue space characterized by in-depth discussions and constructive meetings.

The event served as an effective platform for exchanging perspectives on history and shared narratives, contributing to the promotion of belonging and coexistence, and strengthening the foundations of trust and mutual understanding among diverse community components.

The event comes within the framework of the project “Enhancing National Participation and Building Trust – Bridges,” funded by the European Union, Germany, and Denmark, under the Peace in Syria initiative implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
